It is called procrastination, but instead of doing the laundry or cleaning out my closets, I paint eggs. I am working on a self-portrait as well, but I have hit the moment of chaos that seems to arrive somewhere in the middle of every painting. So what do I do? Get out the eggs. Now the eggs are painted on a 6" x 8" linen covered panel and it is time to get back to work on the SP.

the old egg trick
It is called procrastination, but instead of doing the laundry or cleaning out my closets, I paint eggs. I am working on a self-portrait as well, but I have hit the moment of chaos that seems to arrive somewhere in the middle of every painting. So what do I do? Get out the eggs.
